First-class honours in automotive engineering from Lancaster University, studied at Blackpool and the Fylde College.
A few weeks after graduating I worked through what AI could now do versus what I'd just spent four years learning. The overlap was bigger than anyone in the engineering department would say out loud.
Not all of it. But enough that the highest-leverage thing I could ship stopped being a traditional engineering job and started being the systems that replace the work.
The pattern showed up everywhere I looked: businesses paying senior salaries for clerical output, paying for twelve SaaS subscriptions that don't quite fit, paying the founder-bottleneck tax. None of it is a people problem.
It's all a systems problem.
So I build the systems.
